Are you our new cyber sheriff?
Are you a security advisor who wants to make the cyber world a better place? Are you passionate about risk assessments and preventive security? Then we can offer an exciting position in an ambitious startup! Diri AS helps small and medium-sized companies work proactively with cybersecurity through our unique SaaS solution. We aim to build the best service to make risk management easy and accessible to the non-experts.
We are looking for a dedicated security advisor with courage and passion for working with customers. You will be central in taking our solution to the market, guiding new and existing customers, as well as helping to ensure that our products are both user-friendly and adapted to customer needs.
Consulting and Consultation:
Help design and take the Diri service to the market.
Conduct start-up and mapping meetings with customers. As well as some project management.
Advice on governance, risk, and compliance advice and help clients establish good risk management of cyber security following the Digital Security Act and NIS2.
Advise on best practices to ensure customers meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Customer Success:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Follow up on customers' use and offer guidance to maximize value and ensure goal achievement.
Handle and resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and professionally.
Product Feedback:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and new feature needs.
Communicate customer needs and feedback to the product development team for continuous product improvement.
Contribute to the development of product roadmaps based on customer insights and market needs.
Qualifications:
Good understanding of GRC principles and hands-on experience with risk assessments, establishment of risk management and safety management.
Knowledge of GDPR and privacy work.Experience with customer follow-up, including the ability to build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Relevant education in IT or a related field.
It is desirable to have one or more relevant certifications (CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP, or other recognized certifications).
Personal qualities:
You have a strong will, a good mood and can take a beating.You work well both independently and in a team.Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and customer requests.
